Photo Submission Guidelines

Photos may be submitted in color or black & white.
Photos must be submitted in a vertical (portrait) orientation.
Crop your photo to a size of 900 pixels by 600 pixels and save as highest resolution JPEG.
Rename each submission using the photographer's full name followed by a unique frame number i.e. "Jane Doe IMG5021.jpg"
You can send in up to three photos
Carefully read and be sure you understand the Assignment of Rights and Originality as well as the Rules and Regulations for the photos you are submitting.

All persons depicted in the photographs must be of legal drinking age.
No offensive photographs may be entered
All photographs must be original works of the photographer and may not copy any existing photos, works of art or any copyrighted material, property, buildings or structures.
Model releases will be required for all recognizable persons in the photographs.
Property releases will be required for all uniquely identifiable private property.
Photographs cannot visibly display any copyrighted logos or trademarks, product names, product labels or copyrighted designs.

Photographer will need to provide a full resolution color version of their image, sized to a minimum of 1800 pixels on the shortest side.
Photographer will need to provide copies of all signed model and property releases.
All photographs will be retouched and altered as required for our commercial use.
We will use all images on a future wine label at our discretion.
By accepting any prize, winner(s) consent to use of his/her photograph and name for any advertising and/or publicity purposes without financial or any other forms of compensation.
